General policies
Many policies have been implemented to keep clients and therapist safe. These changes were initially mandated by the provincial government and professional association to ensure everyone’s health and safety. It is important that if you plan to visit the space you read the new policies and procedures as it may affect your appointment.
Client expectations
- Masks are optional.
- If you are more than 10 minutes early please text before you enter.
- Hand sanitizer is available inside the door for your use.
- If you are feeling unwell in any way, please reschedule your appointment - there will be no charge. CONTACT ME to let me know you are unable to make it to your appointment.
Clinic Expectations
- I will wear a mask upon request.
- Proper sanitizing of all relevant areas before and after each appointment.
- If I am feeling unwell in any way, I will contact the client to reschedule the appointment at their earliest convenience.
